Exciting First Day of School For all Students

We are thrilled to welcome all our students back to school for another exciting year of learning and growth. The first day of school was filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments for everyone.

For our Primary Years Programme (PYP) students, it was all about fun and camaraderie. They captured the spirit of the day by taking photos with their friends and teachers, creating lasting memories. The playground echoed with laughter as they played games, strengthening their bonds with classmates and making new friends.

Meanwhile, our seniors embarked on their final year of high school with the traditional “Senior Takeover.” This special tradition allows our graduating seniors to take charge of various leadership roles and responsibilities throughout the school for the day. It’s a day of empowerment and unity as they lead by example and make their mark on our school community.

The first day of school sets the tone for the rest of the year, and judging by the smiles on our students’ faces, we are in for a fantastic year ahead. We can’t wait to see all the accomplishments, growth, and adventures that this school year will bring. Welcome back, everyone!

The Art of Managing Middle School Students

Squirrels. That is what they remind me of. We were all that age once and we were all just like squirrels! Have you ever watched a squirrel? Zoom, freeze for two seconds, flick tail, and repeat. The trick for being a successful middle school teacher is holding their attention for more than just those few seconds. Believing that that is possible requires a huge leap of faith and trust.
